RT9198/A 是针对无线射频应用的性能需求和空间考虑而设计的产品，具有极低的噪声和静态电流消耗。即使是工作在直通状态下，其电流消耗也只有轻微的增加，可有效延长电池使用时间。它可与低 ESR 陶瓷电容配合稳定工作，对空间需求极低，这对掌上型无线应用至关重要。RT9198/A 在关机模式下仅消耗低于 0.01μA 的电流，启动过程时长短于 50μs。它具有极低的电压差、高输出电压精度、电流限制保护和高纹波抑制比，可以 SOT-23-3、SOT-23-5、TSOT-23-3、TSOT-23-5、SC-70-5、SC-82、MSOP-8 和 WDFN-6L 2x2 等封装形式供货，其输出电压范围为 1.5V~5V，级差为 0.1V。
